Submitted by editor on Thu, 08/27/2009 - 07:23.Shoe City Basketball director Simmie Anderson, along with his lifelong friend, Keisha Nash-Whitaker -- a former Lynn native and Classical graduate now living in Los Angeles; she is the wife of Academy Award-winning actor Forest Whitaker -- would like to show Nash-Whitaker's appreciation to the City of Lynn by donating $2,000 to the Shoe City Basketball scholarship fund.

Krebs, who was a walk-on the previous two seasons, has seen action in 17 games.
