  • Plan particpiants can earn cash credits towards their college saving fund by getting a state sponsored credit card.

    The U.Plan Prepaid Tuition Program

    Managed by Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority (MEFA), this plan allows families to pre-pay tution for colleges in Massachusetts. The money you put in thsi plan is guaranteed to cover a percentage of tuition up to 100% and mandatory fees in the year it matures, regardless of tuition inflation at over Massachusetts participating public and private colleges and universities.
